Support in the mechanical and electrical integration of the Battery pack with various Electric vehicle topologies.
Collaborate with the Hardware and Software Design teams and create requirements and validation plans for vehicle integration.
Set up a lab test bench to validate the electrical system architecture of the vehicle and create and execute validation test plans.
Support in the selection of electrical and mechanical hardware components to meet performance and safety requirements.
Analyse CAD data to identify and mitigate possible interference with the vehicle and support in the creation of integration solutions (wiring harness, battery bucket etc)
Key Skills:
Must be well versed with electric 2 and 3 wheeler system architecture, hardware components and vehicle state flow diagrams.
Hands on experience in handling and de-bugging electrical components like Battery packs, motor controllers, DCDC converters etc.
Excellent knowledge on EV components, design topologies and hardware sizing. Experience in working with CAD environment is an advantage.
Hand on experience in working with Lab instruments (Power analysers, DSO etc) and in the Design of Equipment to perform validation tests.
Must be well versed with Network communication protocols (CAN, LIN, UART) and experienced in identifying and debugging network related issues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively transfer technical information to various stake holders.
