Responsibilities - Systems analysis, integration, and administration
- Troubleshooting and technical support
- System deployment and systems design
- Advising on technical business transformation solutions for large enterprises
- Demonstrating and promoting modern deployment methods of Apple platforms
- Engaging with customers to understand business needs and overcome technical challenges
Skills
Must-Have Skills - Enterprise messaging, collaboration, Wi-Fi, client management solutions
- Enterprise security technologies for iOS, macOS
- Knowledge of MDM and ABM deployment workflows
- Advanced comprehension of network protocols, wireless standards, and modern authentication
- Experience with Apple's security frameworks and privacy guidelines
- Excellent presentation skills
- Certified Jamf 100 or Jamf 200
- Good Communication Skills
Good-to-Have Skills - Consultative pre-sales engineering experience
- Understanding of Apple App development tools
Qualifications Academic Qualifications: Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Certifications: Relevant certifications in technology and systems engineering preferred.
