Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, SQL operation, AZURE, Office 365 and troubleshooting with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.
- Perform ongoing monitoring, Analyzing event viewer logs and maintenance of all servers in the operations team environment
- Must have knowledge on Windows server 2016/2019 features and server roles
- Configure IIS, hosting multiple website and troubleshooting errors through logs
- Design, build, test, and implement server solutions in both physical and virtual environments
- Support end users on complex technical issues including problems related to applications, Client/User computers and servers.
- Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL, TLS
- Experience administering Microsoft AD, GPO, IIS, SSL and office 365 portal
- Expertise in Azure Active directory, AD DNS and office 365 exchange
- Working knowledge of Linux Administrative activities and shell scripts (plus)
- Experience with O365 Groups interactivity, Group Licensing and troubleshooting
- Creating PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
- Knowledge on On-premise exchange server to office 365 migration
- Handling customer request through ticketing process system
- Configuring VNET, VM, Load Balancer, Security and application Gateway in Azure environment.
- Knowledge on PF sense firewall, configuring NAT and security rules.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Microsoft Intune tool, Configuring policy for MDM and MAM and remote activities
- Installing and configuring Antivirus server and Terminal server
- Providing desktop support to users
- Manage all Windows servers including hardware/software upgrades and patching of OS and applications
- Ensure Windows Servers and Microsoft applications are operating optimally, are backed up, and are properly configured
- Configuring website and troubleshooting issue in plesk portal.
