Job Role Assembly Line- System Control (Production Systems (VTS, Pika Pika, CLW, Part Scanning & Poka-yoke Development) and Procurement & Store management (Ringi), Jig Management & ISO-14001 & Energy Co-ordinator
Reporting To Department head
Level in the organization AM DM
Educational Qualification BE/B-Tech/Diploma
Graduation (With Specialization): Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Mechatronics Post Graduation (With Specialization): NR Any Other
(Certification / Diploma etc.): Mechanical/Automobile/Mechatronics
Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities. Minimum: 10 Yrs
Maximum: 12 Yrs For Diploma = 12 Yrs
Job Responsibilities
- PLC/PC Based Pika Pika System - Manpower deployment , Data Feeding & Equipement interlock health checkup
- Inventory management (Store/Kaizen/Jigs/Pika Pika & CLW)
- Procurement of items as per Ringi Rules & Based of inventory & ROQ
- ISO 14001 - Coordinator - Management of ISO environmental documents / adhere the compilance
- Energy Coordinator - Daily audit & Observation closure
- New Initiatives of Kaizens / Energy reduction
- Cross-Sharing - Preparation of Assembly Kaizen & Horizontal implementation
- Documentations- Process standardization, Checksheet updation etc.
Competencies / Skills Technical/ Functional
Experience in working with Ringi system or similar approval workflow systems.
- Experience in working with PC/PLC Based system management (Pika Pika, CLW, Part Scanning)
- Experience in working with VTS & Production Systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to solve IT Problems in Assembly shop (PC/PLC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drives continuous improvement in productivity and quality through kaizen initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Coordinates production-side efforts for seamless integration of new models across facilities, identifying and preventing potential issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Possess a strong mindset towards compliance.
- Knowledge on internal compliances and risk management
