Job Summary
He/She should be experienced with a minimum of 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience as a System Configuration Analyst. Should be able to manage and support Single Sign-On (SSO), including integration support for third-party applications. Should be able to identify and address identity and access management issues. Should be able to monitor user activity in the identity and access management system. Should be able to assist in designing, developing, and implementing flexible LDAP methodologies and work on continuous architectural frameworks for SaaS applications. Should have experience with protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Ws-Fed, Kerberos
What You've To Do
- Gather requirements, create designs, test, and implement prototypes using public and private cloud infrastructures.
- Should have experience in one or more cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Should have hands-on experience in IAM/SSO, GWS, AD, MFA, SAML
- Should have experience with authentication solutions like OneLogin (One Identity), Okta, Ping Identity, O365, etc.
- Should be good at enterprise-ed internal tools/application configurations
- Should have real-time experience with MDM mechanisms
- Experience with information security concepts such as authentication and access control management
- Administer user identities and control access to enterprise resources
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses.
- Troubleshoot and manage resolving issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
- Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to identify more complex problems, issues, and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
- Ensure the maintenance and monitor IAM systems.
- Drive the determination and implementation of solutions (large or small) across LDAP infrastructure space.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization.
- Contributes to onboarding discussions with application teams, to gather requirements, design and deliver solutions to integrate with Cloud, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
- Customization of Cloud, SSO, and Multi-Layer Authentication product functionality to fulfill requirements that cannot be met with standard out-of-box functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to create API-driven processes and implementation.
- Excellent understanding of the internet protocols TCP/IP, LDAP/LDAPS, SSL/TLS, etc
- Be able to lead IAM projects from start to finish, including developing project plans, coordinating resources, and managing timelines.
- Assists with designing, implementing, administering, and maintaining 3rd party connectors (API, batch, or flat file) to systems that integrate with various on-premise and SaaS solutions
- Perform install, configure, enhance, report, and integrate Jira with other tools
- Troubleshoot, support, and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes, as required.
- Produce technical documentation and detailed design, configuration guides, etc.
- Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, and MAC scripting will be an advantage
Work Experience

- 3+ years of experience as a System Configuration Analyst
- Knowledge in Java, C#, C/C++
- Experience with Python, Bash, JavaScript, PowerShell
- Cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Passion to learn and contribute
