Together we will take human and machine intelligence to a next level of human-machine collaboration based on learning algorithms & real-world challenges with large industrial machinery.As a System architect, you will act as the primary customer interface and technical orchestrator in engineering and delivery within customer projects. Your role involves leveraging technical expertise in understanding the domain, machines, its auxiliary/connected systems and understanding the existing customer Digital twin solutions along with a solid understanding of the digital twin solution ecosystem (cloud, edge, data science), to ensure successful implementation and delivery of customer projects.
Key tasks / topics:
Customer Interface:Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements and working with the Project team to deliver value to customer and convincing customer for the DT solution which are technically feasible in a short duration of time
Deriving KPIs:Responsible to derive the technical KPIs which helps customer measure effect of DT solution vs traditional approach.
Technical Orchestration:Lead the technical aspects of customer projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Asset & Instrumentation Expertise:Utilize technical knowledge of assets and instrumentation (Sensor) with internal team to identify and address customer needs and challenges effectively.
Solution Design:Collaborate with internal teams to design technical solutions based on failure modes /unseen/hidden details of the probable catastrophic stoppages which often meet customer expectations and align with business objectives.
Project Delivery:Oversee the implementation and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations. Especially from the promised solutioning to the implemented solutioning
Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to customer projects, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
Qualifications
Education: bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering/machine design/Mechatronics or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical roles, leading/developing machines/part of the machine design team
Technical Know-How: Strong technical expertise in knowing the machines its mechanisms, and quickly adapting to the DT needs of its failures/projecting futuristic /probable failure modes
Digital Twin Solution Understanding: Basic understanding of the digital twin solution ecosystem, including cloud, edge, data science.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to effectively interface with customers and internal teams.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and concepts, staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in simulations or related fields are advantageous.
