nWhat You'll Do at Pega:

Partner with both the business team and technical team and provide help in application design phase
nCreate components of applications that match quality standards and built them within agreed time-frame.
nProvide assistance in application testing and support during user acceptance testing
nDemonstrate professionalism by ensuring the delivered product is fully-functioning, performs to business requirements defined and approved by the client, and meets or exceeds expectations
nProvide technical training and user support to technical and business groups

nWho You Are:

nYou are a highly technical hands on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.

nMinimum 4 years of Pega experience and CSSA certification (Pega certified Senior System Architect) and experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions
nExcellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities
nExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate
nWillingness to go the extra mile
nDedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
nAptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders
nCapacity to work in teams as well as alone
nCapacity to lead technical team
nAbility to match technology solutions to customer needs

nWhat You've Accomplished:

Designed functional, robust and scalable enterprise-level applications
nPartnered with clients to align business goals with implementation results
n1-3 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and enterprise application deployment
nBS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
