Key Responsibilities:
Manage essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
Handle mission-critical IT tasks and systems that provide a competitive edge in the global marketplace.
Contribute to streamlining and optimizing business processes and implement analytics for insightful outcomes.
Cultivate a reliable IT infrastructure and networking environment that is consistently operational.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project status, activities, and accomplishments.
Specific Responsibilities:
Perform administration tasks, encompassing user/group administration, security permissions, print services, and event log monitoring, ensuring seamless integration of system architecture components.
Maintain the health of servers using existing management tools, promptly addressing hardware issues and assisting in the setup, testing, and maintenance of new servers as required.
Manage internal infrastructure, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates. Support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
Collaborate closely with the help desk and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide technical assistance.
Conduct regular and scheduled audits of systems, including all backup processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in technology or computer science.
Proven work experience in System Administration with proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
Demonstrated expertise in Firewall management.
Proficiency in setting up Servers and Cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge and experience in Asset tracking and maintenance of all Asset data.
