Profile: System Administrator

Location: Hyderabad

Ctc: 20k per month + incentives

Role:

1. System Management:

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and related

hardware/software.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and

performance.

- Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to support system integrity and security.

2. Network Administration:

- Configure and manage network equipment, including routers, switches, and

firewalls.

- Monitor network performance and security, ensuring reliable connectivity across all

sites.

- Implement and manage VPNs for secure remote access.

3. Security Management:

- Implement security protocols and practices to protect against unauthorised access,

malware, and data breaches.

- Manage firewall rules, antivirus software, and security audits.

- Respond to and mitigate security incidents.

4. Backup and Recovery:

- Implement and maintain backup and recovery plans to protect critical data.

- Conduct regular tests of backup systems to ensure data integrity and recoverability.

5. User Support:

- Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware, software,

and network issues.

- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies.

6. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and

procedures.

- Develop and update IT policies and procedures as needed.

7. Project Management:

- Aid in IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and

technology rollouts.

- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
