The Role
As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients - which means some of the biggest in the world.
There's never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You'll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Who You Are
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong Experience multiple account management on Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Google Mail Suite. Windows and, Clustering, Hyper-V, Azure Hybrid Infrastructure
- Strong experience on High Availability, Multisite clustering, Microsoft Exchange Clustering&Active Directory, DNS
- Strong experience on Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft federation Service Implementation and Integration with 3rd party Application
- Strong knowledge on Troubleshooting Hybrid Active Directory Infrastructure,SCCM, SCOM and WSUS Services.
- Strong experience on Veritas Clustering for Windows
- Strong knowledge on managing File Server, Storage Server and CA Server (Certificate Authority Servers)
- Strong Understanding on Storge and Network to target any issues end to end,Application, Database and Network integration
- Strong Troubleshooting experience on network packet capture and Analyzing Packet capture.
- Responsible to develop and maintain Availability Plans which prioritizes and plans IT availability.
- Monitor IT availability levels by comparing actual levels against targets and addressing shortfalls.
- System Thinking end-to-end - Broad understanding of enterprise architectures and complex (backend) systems (understand more than the component itself)
- Understanding of systems from a reliability perspective. Ability to root cause sources of instability in a high-traffic, distributed system.
- Passion for resolving reliability issues and identify strategies to mitigate going forward.
- Understanding and practical working experience of operating systems / hypervisor internals are familiar with the TCP/IP stack, network routing and load balancing. Experience with configuration and troubleshooting
- Perform multiple Technical roles related to the delivery
- Responsibilities include Participate as a Technical Leadership during the critical and Major incidents and Root cause.
- Proven experience in risk-based systems running on Several Server platforms along with OS clustering
- Demonstrated experience in handling day-to-day Server and operating system break-fix support, changes and Critical Client Impacting situations.
Preferred Professional And Technical Expertise
- BE/ BTech/MCA/Diploma
- 8+ Years of IT Techncial experience.
- 6+ years of relevant Experinece in windows and VMWARE
- Certification: O365
