We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator Windows Server with 1-3 years of experience to join our IT team. The candidate will assist in managing the Windows server environment, ensuring server reliability, security, and performance. The role also involves configuring network settings, handling backups, and providing operational support to maintain smooth server operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Desktop Installation & Configuration:
- Install and configure desktop systems, ensuring all required software and hardware components are functioning properly.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and network connections on new desktops.
- Operating System (OS) Installation & Upgrades:
- Install and upgrade operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) on desktops and laptops as per user requirements.
- Ensure proper system configuration and resolve any compatibility issues during the installation process.
- Software Installation & Updates:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software applications required by users.
- Ensure all software is properly licensed and updated with the latest security patches and versions.
- Support installation of antivirus, office applications, productivity tools, and other business-specific software.
- Hardware Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance and hardware upgrades as needed.
- User Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users for software and hardware-related issues.
- Assist users with desktop and software-related queries, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Backup and Recovery:
- Implement and monitor desktop data backup solutions to safeguard user files.
- Assist in recovery procedures when required.
- Network Support:
- Assist in configuring network settings on desktops, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues in collaboration with the network team.
Basic knowledge of ERP solution , Database management.

Pay: 18,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
