Role & Resopnsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting company's IT infrastructure and perform day-to-day IT activities.
- Install and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux OS for both Client and Server machine. Installation of security patches & updates.
- Working experience of computer H/W installation & troubleshooting.
- Knowledge about Networking and trouble shooting.
- Knowledge about Network Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls etc.
- Management of Active Directory and IIS.
- Installation of IIS, XAMPP, WAMP and Apache server, website hosting and trouble shooting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Hardware & Software (Required)
