THE ROLE:
Your Gig: Do you have it in you to be our Custodian of our Data
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Apply:
- Ensure the smooth running of all courses and sessions by managing session configurations, and communications
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key session metrics and session performance indicators to stakeholders
- Monitor impact of communication on session engagement and performance, and recommend changes
- Devise communication strategies to drive maximum attendance and engagement
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, optimise efficiency, and support daily operations.
- Conduct routine calls to get feedback on session performance and to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness
Youll Be a Great Fit If You:
- 0-1 years of experience in a high-paced, high-ownership environment is a must.
- Demonstrated ownership of tasks and projects
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is preferred.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects, and communicate information effectively and timely
