Job Description
Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and other computer systems
Monitoring and analyzing system performance to identify and resolve problems
Performing regular backups and disaster recovery operations
Maintaining security systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
Managing user accounts and access rights to systems and data
Keeping software up-to-date and ensuring licenses are in compliance
Providing technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems
