Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a System and Network Administrator at G2 TechSoft located in Coimbatore. The System and Network Administrator will be responsible for network administration, system administration, technical support, network security, and troubleshooting tasks. They will ensure the smooth operation of the company's computer systems and networks.

Qualifications

• Experience with network and systems monitoring tools
• Knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux
• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA) are a plus

Hardware troubleshooting

Sophos Firewall - 2 years experience

Infra Support - 2 years experience

Web servers (Apache, IIS) - 2 years experience

Sophos AV - 1 year experience

O365 - 1 year experience
