2 -4 years experience specifically in day to day operations of a large enterprise Office 365 implementation. Subject Matter Expert level skills specifically in Exchange including Intune policy setup.
The candidate should have solid fundamentals in basic PowerShell and experience in automation of tasks is a plus
The candidate should be able to perform some engineering level work and be highly capable in documenting processes and knowledge articles.
Be self-driven and motivated to learn
Working knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
Knowledge of popular operating systems (Window / MAC, Linux), software applications, and remote connection systems.
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
