About us: Sygnific Careers was founded in 2020 to help students realize their potential and succeed in their field of interest. Our Initiative aims to provide a communal environment where students can analyze and understand emotional and intellectual quotients and enhance their social exposure, all in one place. We plan to help students plan their future one step at a time through experienced mentors from various fields and trained counselors in career guidance.
About position: The role of a social media manager encompasses various responsibilities that focus on managing and optimizing an organization's presence on social media platforms. A social media manager is responsible for creating and executing effective social media strategies, managing online communities, analyzing data, and driving engagement and growth on social media platforms to support the organization's goals.
Tasks
Salary (C.T.C): 1,80,000 3,00,000 Annually.
Work Hours: Full Time (10:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST).
Experience required: 1-3 years experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Posting and scheduling You have to ensure a consistent posting schedule and optimize timing for maximum reach and engagement
- Stay Updated: Social media is constantly evolving, and as a social media manager you have to stay informed about the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices.
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, graphic designers, SMM team, and designers to create content.
Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism or a related field
- Have at least experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or an organization.
- Ability to travel around the countryside and capture the stories of our customers and partners.
- Experience in producing podcasts, reels, YouTube videos and other multimedia formats.
- Have a proven track record of creating engaging and relevant content that drives traffic, engagement and conversions.
- Have a solid understanding of social media trends, best practices, analytics and tools.
- Have excellent communication, writing and editing skills in English and at least one other language.
- Have a creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Have a passion for our mission and vision, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
