Our mission is to streamline video production for ads, enhancing efficiency and personalization by leveraging advanced AI capabilities in video analysis and editing. We are committed to helping brands create high-quality, customized video content that aligns with their unique identities and marketing goals.
We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer who will play a key role in developing and refining the AI models that power our ad creation and distribution platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms and systems for large-scale ad processing and performance analysis.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to analyze ad performance and optimize ad content.
- Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance image and content editing capabilities for ad creation.
- Develop and fine-tune algorithms for analyzing user-generated content (UGC) and client media to ensure high engagement rates.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate machine learning models into the platform's core functionalities.
- Work closely with data scientists to gather and process data from various ad platforms to improve ad performance prediction models.
- Continuously improve the model's accuracy and performance through iterative learning based on live ad data.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize models for deployment on cloud platforms and ensure scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with the broader development team.
Job Requirements
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role, with hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with data processing and analysis using tools like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for deploying and scaling machine learning models.
- Proficient in creating and managing machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating ML models with APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing and advertising, including familiarity with ad attribution and ad platform metrics.
- Understanding of image and video processing techniques, including working with editing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setup.
