YOU HAVE:
Bachelors or master s in computer science or related field
12+ years of total experience in the software industry
Experience of 3+ years with leading and managing agile commercial software development projects.
Experience of working with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of handling development projects independently is a must
Prior experience in cloud (preferably in Azure) with Spring Boot, ReactJs/Angular, Postgres, Micro-services.
Prior experience of release and version management on cloud.
Experience of working on a product throughout its lifecycle i.e., development, rollout, enhancement, and support.
Prior experience of PaaS or SaaS is a plus.
Prior experience of working on banking products like CMS, Switch, POS, ATM is a plus.
Expertise in either of below is a plus:
Software security for financial applications e.g., PADSS, PCI, vulnerability management etc.
Test automation of applications with UI and APIs
Product upgrade/migration strategies, release impact analysis, and compatibility matrix
Experience in software estimation, planning and risk assessment process and establish technical vision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies/methodologies.
