- PepsiCo PACS team develops champions and coordinates the implementation of a full spectrum of pep+ initiatives, encompassing but not limited to positive water impact, plastic waste management, sustainable agriculture, Climate etc; CSR programs, CSR reporting; onboarding NGO partners; community engagement, payroll giving, employee volunteering and drive PepsiCo Foundation programs. All these activities contribute to sustainable business and operation.
- This role is based in Gurgaon reporting directly to Chief Government Affairs & Communications Officer, PACS team. The role holder will drive the Sustainability & CSR agenda for the organisation.
Responsibilities Key Accountabilities:
- Drive pep+ sustainability vision for PepsiCo India
- Ensure achievement of sustainability KPIs around water & plastics
- Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive CSR plan for PepsiCo India
- To implement & monitor PepsiCo Foundation programs
- To enhance companys reputation, through sustainability & CSR programs
- Evaluate and build strategic partnerships with NGOs and other stakeholders for implementation of Sustainability & CSR programs as well as to promote company s image
- Develop, improve and support employee engagement in CSR activities of the organisation
- Lead and maintain sustainability reporting based on global standards
- Ensure audits for water, plastics and sustainability report
- Represent PepsiCo in internal/ external forums for driving PepsiCo s sustainability agenda
Qualifications Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Existing network of sustainability contacts
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience: Individual must have a minimum of 12-15 years experience in a professional setting with a good mix of environment and development background. Individual should have sound knowledge related to water, waste, climate change and other key environmental issues faced by business in India, have a deep understanding of regulatory issues such as 2 % CSR Rules & Plastic Waste Management Rules, developed at least 3 sustainability reports and should have led at least 2 CSR programs. Exposure to independent sustainability assurance is desirable.

Qualifications:
- The candidate should have atleast 10-15 years of experience in Sustainability & CSR field & Master s degree in Environment /Sustainable Development or related fields
