Sustainability Manager- Certification

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor / Masters in Engineering / Environmental Engineering
• Energy Simulation knowledge desirable
• Have relevant discipline experience in certifications / green building / sustainability related consulting 7-10 years with experience in international projects.
• Knowledge of rating systems such as LEED, IGBC , USGBC , GRIHA , Fitwell
• Knowledge of International Certifications shall be added advantage - Mostadam, Estidama, Greenmark
• Experience in circular economy principles and life cycle assessments is advantageous.
• Understand energy modelling and can interpret modelling results.
• Proven ability to keep multiple teams aligned while executing organizational initiatives.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to communicate results via Microsoft

Software Skills: Microsoft office

Experience: 10-15 years of Experience on LEED Projects

Work on LEED Projects, prepare & Manage LEED Documentation:

1. Utilize comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and

diversification, exploring new horizons to enhance the organization's offerings and revenue streams for the function.

2. Champion a customer-centric approach, prioritizing client satisfaction and retention as

fundamental drivers of business growth and success.

3. Should understand GREEN CERTIFICATION (IGBC / USGBC / GRIHA / Any other) rating systems

4. Support execution of GREEN CERTIFICATION projects for IGBC / USGBC / GRIHA / Any other rating systems.
