Surveyor for romania (Europe)

Description

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Romania. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and be familiar with the Romanian market. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys, measurements, and other related tasks to ensure the accuracy of land boundaries, property lines, and other related information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other related information
• Collect and analyze data to prepare maps, reports, and other documents related to surveying
• Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and other related equipment to gather and record data
• Coordinate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project accuracy and completion
• Provide expert advice and consultation on land use, zoning, and other related issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of surveying activities and results

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in surveying in the job market context of India
• Familiarity with Romanian market and regulations
• Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and other related equipment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid driver's license
