Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Surveillance Operator at Electronics Mart India Limited (EMIL) in Hyderabad. The Surveillance Operator will be responsible for monitoring activities through surveillance systems, conducting investigations, providing customer service assistance, and participating in training sessions related to security protocols.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience or training in security or surveillance operations
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Relevant certifications in surveillance or security operations
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and other surveillance technologies
