- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including room setup and audiovisual equipment
- Supplies Management:Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders when necessary

- Respond to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:Accurately enter data into relevant databases or systems
