Job Summary:
We are seeking a Service & Support Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in instrumentation and electrical systems. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The ideal candidate will be able to handle both on-site and remote troubleshooting efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Perform on-site repairs, installations, and maintenance as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues remotely using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Handle technical support tickets and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions.
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
- Work in rotational night shifts and on weekends as required.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, solutions, and ticket resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-4 years of technical support experience in instrumentation and electrical fields.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and customer focus.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
