This is a support role to the Lead - HRBP for Jio Cinema at Viacom and is responsible for supporting all HRBP related activities in Jio Cinema along with the Head HR and Lead HR of Jio Cinema.
This is an operational role and and will support the day-to-day activities supporting the Jio Cinema teams in Mumbai and assist the Lead-HR in implementing and tracking interventions rolled out by HR COEs.
What will you do
- Provide support and management of data for the Jio Cinema Business.
- Assist in completing employee documentation and taking system actions.
- Actively contribute to and facilitate employee communication whenever necessary.
- Back employee initiatives aligned with the HR Calendar.
- Assist in addressing and managing employee queries as necessary.
- Offer support for all communication needs related to the Corporate functions.
Who should apply for this
- Must have 2-3 year of work experience as an HR business partner, preferably from a service background
- Have a good understanding of employee life cycle management
- Strong with MS Office applications
