Working days- monday to friday (sat-sun fixed off)

You'd directly work with the Operational Manager.- You'd provide training and development to our newly joined employees who is working as US IT Recruiter.
Provide the benefits and let them know about the company's branding.
- Provide the training and placement solution and the paid consulting services information to them.
Get them closed with the company's services for employment program.- Get multiple follow-up calls and convince them to close the deal to bring in revenue.
Bachelor's degree.- Effective communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
High-energy and passion.- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
