Working days- Monday to Friday (sat-sun fixed off)

Salary range: 14,00017,000 INR

• Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in a start-up environment and can take responsibility for growing himself and the organization.

• We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can take ownership of their work to get the end result.

With quick learning ability, a team player can handle pressure and work in a target-based environment.

• Good communication in the English language, both verbal and written.

• Job role:

You'd directly work with the Operational Manager.

• You'd provide training and development to our newly joined employees who are working as US IT Recruiters.

Provide the benefits and let them know about the company's branding.

• Provide the training and placement solution and the information on paid consulting services to them.

Get them closed with the company's services for employment program.

• Get multiple follow-up calls and convince them to close the deal to bring in revenue.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

• Effective communication skills.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.

High energy and passion.

• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
