Location: Chennai

Work Type: On-site

Duration of the contract: 1 year with possible extension

Experience Level: Intermediate

Description:

5+ years of development or technical support experience

Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

Experience in Java/sql/shell scripts

Knowledge on Support tools like Splunk, Grafana

Knowledge on Support tools like Jira, service now

Should be a good team player and coordinate with teams to get the work done

Good to have knowledge on Clouds technology

Should be able to understand the task and execute it accordingly

Understanding of Logging techniques (various levels) and ability to use the log for alerting and monitoring

Good verbal and written communication skills

Listening ability and patience
