What you will do

  • Resolve complex technical issues, facilitate smooth data migrations, and implement custom solutions using automation tools and techniques.
  • Act as a strategic problem solver, adept at presenting technical solutions, and possessing the technical acumen to identify and address any challenges clients may face.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.
  • Create custom reports and dynamic dashboards tailored to the needs of prospective clients management teams.
  • Assist in preparing the functional and technical components of Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Stay up-to-date with new feature releases and maintain updated demo environments for use in sales presentations.

Skills You'll Need to Bring

  • 2-4 yrs of experience in DevOps
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, with the ability to assist the community in setting up these tools on their own infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the documentation team to create comprehensive how-to guides for addressing recurring questions from the community.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret error logs for debugging purposes.
  • Experience writing scripts in Python, Shell, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Go for debugging, testing, and reproducing scenarios from customers.
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, and Integromat, as well as familiarity with web services and APIs.
  • Understanding of application deployment processes to support successful cloud transformation, change management, and organizational acceptance.
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Active participation in community communication channels such as GitHub Issues, Discord, Intercom, and other relevant forums.
  • Proven ability to gather and relay community feedback to the Engineering and Product teams effectively.

Bonus

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
  • Master's degree or other advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Technical certifications in DevOps areas such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS are highly valued.
