We are looking for a Support Engineer to help configure and troubleshoot issues on our Assessment Center Technology Platform. This is a system configuration and support role and NOT a software development role. You will work across Operations, Delivery, QA and Engineering teams to configure our systems as well as troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuring of Jombay's technology platform according to the given requirements
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer issues are fully resolved
  • Ensuring proper documentation of all the issues
  • Coordinating with various external & internal teams to escalate and prioritize client issues to ensure quality service delivery

We are looking for a talent, with an engineering background, who are high on detail orientation, and comfortable working with new technology systems.

Skills Required:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different teams
