Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Manage, configure, and troubleshoot network, firewall, and server & storage hardware and software, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
  3. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  4. Implement security best practices to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  5. Respond to server, storage and network-related incidents and outages in a timely manner.
  6. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with L1 and L2 engineers as needed.
    Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
    Implement proactive monitoring tools and practices to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
    Execute routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and system optimizations.
    Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating technical information to non-technical clients.
    Collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.

    Candidate Profile:
    Specialization/Branch - High Aptitude Graduate, B.E. / B. Tech.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Min/Max Experience - 0 to 1 year of work experience
    Candidates should be open to rotational work/shifts and available to work from client sites, depending on project requirements

    Role only open for graduates and final year students.
