Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training materials for WFX implementation.
  • Provide end-user support through various channels including chat, phone, and email.
  • Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate problem-solving between end users and the WFX development team.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Availability to work in time zones aligned with the US, UK, Europe, or Australia.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a BPO background.
