Support Analyst

Position: Support Analyst

Location: Mumbai(Vikroli)

Shift: Night Shift & Rotational Shift

Notice Period: Immediate to 25 Days

Keyskills:

1) Production Support/Application Support

2) Ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, etc.

3) Hands on experience in SQL.

4) L2 & L3 Support

5) Must have experience with working with US/UK Clients.

6) Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

7) 5+ years of experience in eFront or similar Fund Accounting tool administration.

Advantageous Skills

Working knowledge on FrontInvest efront Tool Implementation, Fund Setup and Upgrade.

Knowledge of stock markets, asset types, and other financial concepts.

Experience in Reporting tools like SSRS / Crystal report.

Academic Requirements

BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
