NEED FROM SKINCARE OR COSMETICS INDUSTRY ONLY- Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.- Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and support their procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.- Continuous vendors search.
Maintain vendors database.
- Addition of new vendors on monthly basis.
Inventory Management- maintain the inventory level and assist in optimizing the inventory
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Masters degree preferred).- 2 to 7 years of experience (same industry preferred )
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
