Your Key Responsibilities
Check documents e.g. certifications, orders; identify discrepancies of the requested documents e.g. for suppliers and service providers to ensure quality.
- Maintain and update required data and documents in the supply chain systems.
- Track and monitor the processes in the system and suggest corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and provide required support for accountable Manager and other colleagues.
- Production planning and coordination for Segments - seven regualr lines along with Toyota, Honda & Development jobs.
- KANBAN monitoring and production shop coordination.
- Planning and coordination for BOM items required for production lines.
- Inventory monitoring & control as per budget level.
- Monitoring of production consumption of Bill of Material items.
- Monitoring of Work In Progress stores. Up keeping of stocks in SAP.
- Reconciliation of BOM parts.
Your Qualifications
Bachelors in Mechancial Engg.
1- 3 years of experience.
