- Overview: We are seeking a skilled and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our online supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless logistics, efficient inventory management, and timely fulfillment for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong data management skills and advanced Excel proficiency, alongside expertise in supply chain management within an e-commerce environment.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies specifically tailored to operations.- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels for online sales channels.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiate contracts, and oversee fulfillment operations to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and optimize key supply chain metrics such as fill rate, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment cycle times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure alignment on supply chain strategies and execution.- Implement processes and systems to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs related to logistics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to operations and supply chain management.
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager in an e-commerce or retail environment, with strong data management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis functions.- Deep understanding of e-commerce supply chain dynamics, including inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment logistics.
Experience in managing relationships with third-party logistics providers and optimizing logistics networks for e-commerce operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.- Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable supply chain initiatives.- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in data management.
