Nino Foods runs 25+ QSR locations across Mumbai for its 3 brands - KHA, Nino Burgers and Francesco's Pizzeria. We're backed by YC and other seasoned investors and are building brands customers love across India. We are scaling from 25 to 200 locations in coming years and need someone with deep QSR expertise , and someone who has scaled a QSR supply chain before, to lead our supply chain ops and work directly with the founders.
Role Description : Full Time in office (Lower Parel)
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for daily supply chain activities, including demand planning, supply management, inventory management, procurement, and oversight of the entire supply chain process. They will have a team of 4 to manage- Logistics, Forecasting & Inventory Process. We need folks who have done the 15 to 100 journey in QSR (KFC etc).
Key KPI's are
- 100% stock Availability and Solving Stock outs quickly
- Demand Forecasting and Controlling Purchase %
- Data gathering to submit weekly Food Cost and MIS reports
- Cost Saving across Opex and Capex
Role and Responsibilities
- Planning supply of ingredients to locations based on sales data
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and Pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with the store manager and accounts for requisitions and payments receptively
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as and when required
- Maintain all records of Purchases, delivery challans, transfer in/out challans, Invoices etc.
- Ensures 0 wastage of all goods within the central store and units
- Identifies Dead Stock and Highlights the same to management to take corrective action
- Prepares weekly and Monthly Reports on purchases along with cost analysis
Qualifications : EX QSR 360 Degree Supply Experience compulsory

- Strong technical advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management
- Experience in the food industry and knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements is preferred
