- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, including supplier performance, inventory levels, and delivery times, and implement improvements as needed
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and prices to ensure the best value for the organization
- Ensure that procurement activities are compliant with relevant regulations and policies
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure that the organization has the right products in the right quantities at the right time
- Oversee logistics and distribution activities to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and at the lowest possible cost
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that supply chain operations are efficient and effective
- Manage and develop the supply chain team to ensure that they have the skills and resources they need to be successful
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes and best practices
- Experience with supplier management, negotiation, and contract management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
