Remote Supply Chain Manager

Earthside Farms, a fast growing healthy snacks company based in New York City, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Supply Chain Manager to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the snacks industry, be tech-savvy, have experience working with companies based in United States, and possess the ability to develop and implement efficient supply chain processes. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the capability to manage day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, working 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished products.

- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.

- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing holding costs.

- Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand, monitor supply chain performance, and identify areas for improvement.

- Technology Integration: Implement and manage supply chain software and other technology solutions to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and support business goals.

- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards.

- Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively address and resolve supply chain issues as they arise.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in supply chain management, preferably within the snacks or food industry.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions.
