- Collect and review onboarding forms from solar installers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Educate installers about the platform, operational processes, and service expectations.
- Assign leads to installers based on project requirements and geographic coverage.
- Follow up with installers to obtain quotations for projects in a timely manner.
- 2-3 years of experience in onboarding and managing a network of dealers/distributors in the solar industry or related industrial sectors (e.g., electrical panels, diesel generators, telecom equipment, industrial pumps and compressors, boilers).
- Technical background in electrical engineering or related engineering fields preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined and persistent work ethic.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Comfortable using various online and offline software tools and platforms, including WhatsApp.
- Experience in working within an online marketplace environment is advantageous.
