Looking after sales and service for PAN India RSA network
Customer satisfaction and loyalty
Available 24/7 to handle customer escalation / Fleet escalation
Capacity building to handle the high order volume across
Conducting adequate training with situation and scenario
Reaching goal of 100% of order fulfilment and 95% within the ETA set for the services
Sourcing Vendor at Right Location, Building Relationship with Vendor by engaging very often by Training/Sales Promotional Activities etc.
Re-Sourcing Vendors immediately when we short fall in locations.
Achieving the given target in defined time is a key factor.
Ensuring vendor payments are done on time
Sales of subscription on the monthly target
ETA adherence. Whom do we look for
Any Higher Education or Diploma in Auto Mobile/Mechanical.
Fresher, Male candidate is preferred.
Good communication skills
Ability to handle Customers and Mechanic.
Have Good knowledge mechanic and Auto mobile issues.
Should have good knowledge on Mechanics.
Telugu, English, Tamil, Hindi language is preferred.
