Position: Supply Chain Business Analyst
Location: Delhi, India (Hybrid)
- Experience required: Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a Supply Chain, or Sourcing, Supplier Management related role required.
Shift: 02:30 pm - 11:30 pm IST.
Total work hours-9 Hrs. (8.5 hrs. working + half an hour lunch break)
CTC: As per market standards
Notice period: (Immediate joiner preferred) 30 days
Job Type: Permanent
Must have Broadband availability: Min 30MBPS (national service provider JIO/TATA/Airtel Hathway etc)
Assessment Test: (based on role requirement) will be required to take a skill assessment test prior interview

Job Summary:
As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will work as a part of the Masco Home Products India (MHPI) Supply Chain Resources Team supporting the Global Supply Chain Services team. This role will be interfacing with the United States based Global Supply Chain Team Members as well
as global Business Unit personnel to provide data analytics and collaboration software support
to improve overall business unit efficiency and sourcing performance. As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will also be called upon to help create, maintain, and improve various analytics tools, trackers, and reports supporting the corporate Global Supply Chain team.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain data, supplier spend analytics, commodity market information, and enterprise dashboards to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide guidance and support on GEP Spend Management platform, including spend reporting and supplier Risk Management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendation on analytics or support tools.
Measure and report against procurement strategic initiatives and KPIs, including cost savings.
- Monitor supplier risk integrations with 3rd party risk management providers and business units and maintain dashboards and alerts.
Responsible for leading, monitoring, managing, and reporting project progress.
Manage quarterly refresh and analytics of compliance and supplier business practice programs
Must have key skills:
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and timelines with competing deadlines.
Knowledge of Panjiva Global Trade Insights and ACE customs portal preferred.
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Minimum 3 years experience working in a Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Supplier Management related role required.
- Previous experience with Spend Management technologies, preferably GEP.
- Data analytics technology experience and knowledge of Power BI
- Competency with various computer software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
- Competency with Smartsheets
SAP Ariba /JAGGAER Experience Preferred.
Education, Experience, and other requirements:
4-year Degree required in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering / IT/ Computer Science or related field.
