Job Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted flow of materials & services to avoid sales loss
- To procure materials at lowest cost with best quality & service available in the market
- Preparing & issuing of purchase orders in ERP
- Continuous identification and selection of new vendors for products & services
- Preparing comparative stmts. after availing quotes & obtain required approval(s)
- Oversee the smooth functioning and development of process in ERP
- To be informed & keep informed for current market developments in prices, legal & products
- Update and maintain all purchase report/records for cost tracking & forecasting
- Coordination & cordial relations with all departments
- Inventory Management and control
- Expedite Stock audits, stock takes & warehouse hygiene standards if required
- Preparing MIS reports & record keeping like product brochure, vendor catalogue, price list, etc. as directed by management time to time
- Participate in logistics planning, route planning & MIS reporting eg. TTD
- Travel to store/outlet whenever required & directed by mgmt.
Eligibility
Minimum 4 to 5yrs of experience in supervisory role with chain of restaurants/QSR/Hotel
Hands-on working experience on MS Office & material management software
must be a graduate & diploma in materials mgmt.
will be an added advantage, good communication skills
should be local or residing in Job City for 5 years & above.
