Immediate Opening for Supply Chain & Store Executive - Male - Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve employees and internal organizational performance satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet organizations demand while minimizing excess inventory.- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, monitor supplier performance, and resolve any issues or delays.
Optimize transportation and logistics processes to minimize lead times, reduce transportation costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and other external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for supply chain and distribution activities.- Receive incoming shipments of goods, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
Ensure that all incoming goods are properly labelled, stored, and recorded in the inventory management system.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, locations, and movement of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.- Prepare goods for dispatch, including picking, packing, and labelling shipments for delivery.
Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
