Supplier Quality Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers products and services, and will be able to work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain high standards of quality throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics and audit processes
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Work with internal teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to internal stakeholders
• Provide technical support to suppliers to improve their quality systems and processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in supplier quality management
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001
• Experience conducting supplier audits and implementing corrective actions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
