Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Ground-level searches for new suppliers, engage with them, and onboard them to our platform.

Track & monitor the journey of suppliers into the existing system.

Perform different analytical and procedural operations related to suppliers and product portfolios.

Manage the overall supplier system through out of the box and innovative thinking.

Address supplier and product-listing related issues and set the right path as you go along doing it.

Employ correct use of tools and technologies with the know-how of the latest methods of vendor and product listings and tie it into the larger picture of marketplace functioning and running.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in supplier recruitment, sales, business development, or a related area.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and the online retail industry is preferred.

Proficiency in CRM software and other recruitment tools.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet potential sellers and attend industry events.
