- Doing successful SOP of new CT facility and scale up shift operations.
- Ensuring radiation safety during operations.
- Maintain day to day checks and machine in healthy condition.
Accurate interpretations of CT images and feedback to line for measures.
Coordinate with line supervisors for timely actions on NG observations
Educational Qualification: Diploma
(With Specialization): Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engg
Any Other (Certification / Diploma etc.): RT-1 in radiology
Job Responsibilities
- Understanding CT images and correct interpretation of defects
- Ensuring 100 % utilization of machine in shift operations.
- Maintain CT machine condition healthy with proper checks.
- Able to handle error messages or trouble shoot the equipment
- Successful installation and running of new CT Facility.
- Die casting defects reduction measures suggestion
- Defect trend monitoring and make effective reporting
- Maintain 5S of CT Room Competencies / Skills Functional/Technical:
- BARC (RT-Lvl-1) certified in industrial radiography.
- Hands on Experience in successful commissioning of CT equipment.
- Work experience in 4W Die casting facility is preferred.
- Expertise in Volume Graphics software and defectology part.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced & MS Power Point
