Job Description & Summary:

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, monitoring wholesale operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily sales activities for the company's pan masala products.

Key Responsibilities:

ؠSales Team Supervision

ؠWholesale Market Visits

ؠMonitoring the sales performance

ؠClient Relationship Management

ؠTask assignment, Reporting and Problem Solving

Qualifications:

ؠProven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG or pan masala/tobacco-related industry.

ؠStrong understanding of the wholesale market and its dynamics.

ؠExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse sales team and maintain client relationships.

ؠWillingness to travel regularly for market and client visits.

Preferred:

ؠExperience in the pan masala or tobacco industry is highly desirable.

ؠFluency in local languages and dialects for effective communication with clients and sales staff.

ؠBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
