You support our team as
Supervisor - Sales Admin (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- To conduct order execution from order to cash process
- Coordinate for technical reasons between the sales persons, customer and operations
- ERP or SAP system entries, dispatch planning
- Drawing preparation and Sales order creation
- Coordinate with Sales persons and PPC
- Evaluate Enquiries - Technical, commercial
- Take freight approval, communicate with logistics and Monitor AR
Qualifications
- Graduation or Technical Diploma in any stream
- 3 to 5 years experience in customer support or sales admin or order processing
- System oriented earlier work experience
- Functional Knowledge Sales, Marketing and high-level aptitude and grasping on technology
- Working knowledge MS Office
- Candidate should posses very high level of interpersonal skills
- Good English Communication skills
